Bald Man Brewing™ Company (“BMB™”) is a Minnesota ‘S’ Corporation. The Business of the company is the production of fresh artisan craft beers for the local Twin Cities metro area market with expansion goals for further distribution into other markets in Minnesota and then into other states.
BMB™ worked closely with the City of Eagan to rezone our brewery into our current location right across Highway 13 from the New Twin Cities Outlet Mall. We have secured 15,000 sq/ft of space to house our brewing operations, tap room, patio and offices which offers us room for future expansion. Our brewery site is also only 3.5 miles from Mall of American and under 5 miles from the MSP airport and we are kid friendly and dog friendly on the patio.
